New Location Coming Summer 2026
Heritage Pet Hospital is officially expanding to a brand-new facility designed to better serve pets, pet parents, and our Rochester community. This new space gives us the room, technology, and accessibility we’ve outgrown at our current building — all while staying local and convenient.
We’ll be sharing construction updates, photos, and renderings throughout the process, including live cameras coming soon so you can watch the progress in real time.
📍 Where Is the New Heritage Pet Hospital Located?
We’re moving just under 3 miles from our current location to a spacious 1.25-acre lot right next to Kwik Trip.
This keeps us close to the neighborhoods we’ve always served while giving us the opportunity to grow.
🚧 Why We’re Expanding
Our current facility has served us well, but we’ve outgrown it. The new building gives us room to enhance every part of your pet’s visit — from check-in to treatment and recovery.
Highlights of the new hospital include:
-
6,000 square feet of dedicated veterinary space
-
More exam rooms and modern treatment areas
-
A smoother, more efficient client flow
-
Upgraded technology and improved comfort for pets
This expansion allows us to meet rising demand while continuing to deliver the compassionate, high-quality care Heritage is known for.
🅿️ Better Parking & Easier Access
Let’s be honest: parking has always been tight.
The new location fixes that.
-
36 parking spaces (up from 17 — more than double!)
-
Dedicated bike racks
-
Easier entry and exit for busy appointment hours
-
Safer, more convenient flow for drop-offs and large pets
📅 Construction Timeline

❤️ What This Means for Your Pet
We’re building this new hospital with one purpose:
to deliver better veterinary care for every pet who walks through our doors.
Until the move is complete, all services and appointments continue at our current location with no changes.
If you have questions about the transition, upcoming construction, or how this affects your pet’s care, our team is always here to help.
